About Tyler Monsell

Aldridge Electric, a leading electrical contractor, has been my employer for more than a year as an assistant project manager. In this role, I coordinate and oversee various aspects of electrical construction projects, such as budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance. I also communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.My passion for project management stems from my education background and my internship experience. I graduated from James Madison University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management with a General Business minor, which taught me how to manage complex and dynamic projects in various settings and industries. I also completed a four-month internship at Aldridge Electric, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in project management and learned from seasoned professionals. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals.
