Background

About Tyler Moses

I am currently seeking work in the field of librarianship, assessment, or instruction development. I worked as a medical librarian at Novant Health in North Carolina where I assisted in-conducting literature reviews-cataloging physical and electronic material-managing the physical space-hosting in person and online consultations; and -designing customized instruction sessions and guides I also served as an unofficial liaison to the new established University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Medicine's branch at the hospital. In conjunction with the aforementioned services, I served on institutional committees, updated the website, and help broker access to subscriptions. Both professionally and personally, I seek to adhere to principles of equity and justice. I also seek opportunities to leverage my work to inspire conversations on how to utilize health sciences and library services to make meaningful changes to address issues in social justice, health inequities, and undergraduate support and advocacy.
