As a leader with CAE / enterprise risk / financial risk/ compliance management, and board reporting experience, I have a unique publicly traded/private/governmental background that combines audit, risk and compliance evaluation, project management, staff instructing and supervision skills. The ability to analyze risk and compliance and improve processes within the enterprise is what I like most about my job. I realized that at my first job, as an Auditor. Since that time and throughout my entire career, I strive to complete challenging tasks. The ability to share my broad professional experience with newly hired auditors is another thing that inspires me. I always apply a results-oriented approach to training and mentoring, implementing new employee training. I am proud of making process improvement recommendations allowing the company’s management to enhance work efficiency. My risk assessment plans mitigated multiple risks and facilitated business development efforts in the companies I used to work for.
