As the President - Founder of High Gear Labs, I provide strategic consulting and fractional leadership for clients in the technology and manufacturing sectors, specializing in new market development, value proposition design, and go-to-market strategy.I also have extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership, strategic partnerships, sales enablement, demand generation, product development, and market/capability alignment across various industries and sales channels.As a Venture Center Business Advisory Group Member at the Office for Technology Commercialization, University of Minnesota, I support the mission of moving university research beyond the lab and into the marketplace, fostering economic growth and benefiting the public good. I also actively invest in early-stage companies that have the potential to disrupt and innovate in their fields.
