About Tyler Payne

I’m a product management leader with a passion for translating complex science into impactful, scalable solutions. With a background in molecular biology/genomics and an MBA, I’ve built my career at the intersection of science, software, and business. Early in my biotech career, I recognized a gap — the need for professionals who could bridge the worlds of science and business. Since then, I’ve focused on aligning R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to create products that meet real-world scientific needs while driving business value. Currently, I lead a team of technical product managers and oversee a portfolio of 11 on-market and pipeline products, from enterprise SaaS platforms to automation middleware and end-to-end lab informatics solutions. My experience spans product strategy, development, lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution, including two years as a Regional Product Marketing Manager at bioMérieux. Based in Tucson, Arizona with my family, I’m always open to connecting with others passionate about life sciences innovation, product leadership, and interdisciplinary thinking.
