As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I bring over nine years of experience in human resources. I am applying my skills and expertise at the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC). In my previous role as an Employee Engagement Specialist at HHC, I was instrumental in new employees' orientation and onboarding. Leveraging my extensive human resources background, I ensured compliance with policies and regulations. Before joining HHC, I served as a United States Army Veteran. I managed Human Resources functions for units with over 100 personnel, resolved insurance discrepancies, and trained new soldiers. This experience, coupled with my Master's degree in Human Resources Development, has equipped me to handle diverse and complex HR challenges. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I am passionate about attracting and retaining top talent.
