Throughout my career, I have been guided by core values—quality, efficiency, honesty, and integrity—that shape both my leadership style and the results I deliver. I believe in raising the bar, not only in the projects I manage, but also in the growth and success of the people I lead. What motivates me most is building something that lasts—whether that’s a project, a team, or a professional partnership. I live by the motto: “If I’m not doing anything and my hands are clean, I’m wrong.” Staying active, engaged, and accountable is part of who I am, and I bring that energy into every role I take on.
