About Tyler Saddoris

Growing up as the "fat" kid, I was constantly self conscious and felt hidden. It was not because I wasn't an active kid, but I did not know how to eat right or how to work out properly for my body type. Throughout high school, I played just about every sport there is: I was a thrower in Track and Field, I played basketball, but my biggest passion was Football. During that time of course, the main thing is to be BIG! But I was not the good kind of big. My senior year, I discovered the concept of proper nutrition and proper exercise - when I started seeing results, it was like I had found my calling. I lost over 20% body fat and had a new passion for teaching and showing others the joy of diet and training. After graduating high school, I attended the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado (NPTI) to gain the knowledge to pass this love onto others. Now, a goal to train others, teach and instill health and personal training in those who are willing and wanting to learn.
