Dr. Tyler J. Saunders, D.O, is a board-certified internal medicine physician affiliated with Endeavor Health Medical Group. He studied biology at the Illinois Wesleyan University. His continued interest in health and wellness led him to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton Florida for his doctorate in osteopathic medicine. During his residency, he developed an interest in a more preventative approach to medicine that encourages patient to optimize healthspan through lifestyle approaches. His clinical expertise lies in the realms of lifestyle intervention, longevity, health optimization, and preventative medicine. With a primary focus on prolonging healthspan through preventive measures, Dr. Saunders is dedicated to employing a comprehensive approach that merges integrative/functional and conventional medicine practices. As an Institute of Functional Medicine certified practitioner, Dr. Saunders firmly believes in the power of optimizing lifestyle choices to foster better health outcomes.
