About Tyler Simpson

I'm Tyler Simpson—an entrepreneur, sustainability advocate, and high school student with a passion for driving real-world change. I founded TJA Distributors during my sophomore year after realizing the tremendous environmental harm caused by wasteful practices in everyday operations. That moment sparked a vision: to help businesses and schools transition to sustainable, cost-effective solutions that don’t compromise on quality or affordability. At TJA Distributors, we believe sustainability should be accessible to all. We work with organizations to reduce operating costs by up to 30% while helping them meet environmental goals. Whether it’s switching to PFAS-free products, choosing items made from recycled materials, or sourcing goods from eco-conscious manufacturers, every solution we offer is rooted in impact. Our motto: Save Time, Save Money, Save Our Planet. Under my leadership, TJA has successfully partnered with schools, nonprofits, and businesses to cut costs and improve environmental outcomes. But our work doesn’t stop at distribution—we’re equally committed to community outreach, education, and long-term impact. I regularly engage in and lead initiatives like tree-planting events, recycling drives, and litter cleanups. We also support reforestation programs to help restore balance to our planet, knowing that 8 billion trees are cut down each year, but only 5 billion are replanted. I’m a proud advocate for making sustainability not just a buzzword, but a standard for doing business. I’ve had the honor of being recognized by The National Honors Society and selected for National leadership programs to collaborate with other change-makers to address global challenges like responsible consumption and clean water access. In addition to my work with TJA, I also volunteer as an EMS Provider, giving back to my community through emergency response and service. My journey is still unfolding, but my mission remains clear: to empower others through education, create accessible green solutions, and build a more sustainable future—one product, one partner, and one community at a time.
