Tyler Sleap is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and recently completed his MBA at UB’s School of Management. Tyler is a Vice President, Lead Commercial Sales Enablement Associate at M&T Bank and has worked at the bank since 2019. Before joining M&T Bank, Tyler worked in the real estate sector as a Region Manager and Product Manager at Solidifi, a local appraisal management company.M&T Bank Corporation is a financial holding company headquartered in Buffalo, NY. Founded in 1856, M&T Bank has a long history of serving individuals, businesses, and communities across the Mid-Atlantic. Tyler is a member of the Commercial Sales Strategy team with a focus on sales enablement efforts. Tyler uses his marketing, content management, and training skills to manage the Commercial Bank’s sales content platform and market intelligence tools.Born and raised in Buffalo, Tyler is a passionate Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan. When Tyler isn’t cheering on his teams, he volunteers around Western New York and is a proud member of the Queen City Revival young professional group's leadership team. With his team-first mentality, Tyler fosters a work environment of collaboration, teamwork, and creativity every day. He believes that with these tools, he and others can find success in the work they do.
