Throughout my life, I’ve walked in many types of shoes, and so respect and mix comfortably with all types of people―rich and poor, blue and white collar, book and street smart. I enjoy galas AND keggers. I’ve lived in major cities and small towns, surfed throughout South America, and got robbed at gunpoint on a Peruvian mountaintop. My eclectic background helps me build rapport and relationships with judges, juries, and arbitrators. They can see how much I truly care and want to help me do the right thing. To achieve a sizable settlement, insurance company adjusters must also like and trust you enough to want to work WITH you―while also quietly fearing what you can do TO them if you take them to court. I fight tirelessly for my injured clients; I work hard and play fair.
