About Tyler Wackman

I grew up walking the floor of my family’s manufacturing business in Houston.I learned firsthand how family dynamics, good and bad, could shape a company’s future. When my dad passed away unexpectedly, I learned early on how crucial clear structure was to the success of any business.Starting my career in finance and private equity, I sharpened my skills in deal structuring, due diligence, value creation and strategic growth. When I was 28, I was eager for a more hands-on role, so I took a leap and joined SYNEO as a Director of Finance. Then eventually, became the CEO.Though the learning curve was steep, our breakthrough came when I heard a talk given about EOS.EOS was transformative. It clarified our vision, sharpened our strategy, and aligned our entire team. As a result, even during COVID, we thrived. Ultimately positioning ourselves for a swift, successful exit in just 15 days. Now, as an EOS Implementer, I help ambitious, growth-driven teams implement proven frameworks that accelerate growth, optimize performance, and maximize value. If your company is serious about scaling and achieving clear, measurable results, let’s connect and talk EOS.
