I’ve worked as a Sales Associate at SiriusXM, delivering quality customer experiences in a fast-paced call center environment. Currently, I support event operations for Metropolitan State University, Community College of Denver, and the University of Colorado at the Tivoli Student Union. This includes managing setup and breakdown for basketball and volleyball games, including NCAA events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for all attendees.
