With 14+ years of experience in technology solutions sales across multiple roles - both in Leadership as well as an individual contributor - I am a driven, positive and passionate Field Sales Leader who thrives by developing people, expanding customer relationships, exceeding goals, solving problems and building a reputable personal brand. As an Enterprise Sales Manager at SHI International Corp. supporting large commercial organizations locally, I am responsible for the frontline execution of the organization's goals and my main functional areas of focus are on my People, our Customers and our Partners. My areas of strength include leadership strategies, sales methodologies, public speaking, coaching for development, channel partner strategy, people and process management, team building, complex IT sales cycles, IT trends and technologies and a consultative approach to sales. Over 4 Years, I have successfully reconstructed and rebranded the Enterprise SHI Field Team in Arizona to a group that consistently hits their goals and operates within a culture of high performance execution, accountability, and positivity. This translates to a greater Customer Experience to our Enterprise Commercial Customers and has led to record breaking upward growth. I have also achieved multiple honors and recognitions in my career, such as the coveted SHI Thai Lee (Founder/CEO) Award, Multiple President's Clubs, President's Circle, District of the Year and various Quarterly MVPs, for demonstrating exceptional performance, teamwork, and innovation.
