About Tyler Whitmore

Tyler and Sarah Whitmore have over 15 years of combined experience as real estate agents. They both have bachelor's degrees from Brigham Young University. Tyler in History and Korean and Sarah in Dance Education. Tyler graduated in the top ten of his class, was student body president, and an eagle scout. He has a diverse background and appreciation of culture from living in multiple countries. Tyler has a vast knowledge as a real estate investor and has personally bought and sold over 80 homes. As the owner of the company Sarah sold over 70 bank owned properties from 2008-2010. Sarah and Tyler have sold properties for banks such as Chase, Citi, GMAC, EMC, etc. They have also helped over 40 home owners successfully short sale their distressed properties. Their knowledge and experience with helping homeowners in distressed properties is invaluable. Tyler has currently been a Broker for 7 years and is heavily involved with NAHREP, CDPE, ABR, and other groups that are pioneering to help everyone accomplish their real estate goals. This experience led him to help others invest in real estate or just find the home of their dreams. He takes great pleasure in knowing his clients have received the best home for their needs and wants.
