A digital professional with 14+ years of experience (13 in Australia) building & leading teams high growth companies. In my roles, have led teams of up to 50 in marketing while working across data, product, and technology. I've worked through every phase of startup (pre-launch, to initial traction & capital raise, through to hyper-growth & profitability) and worked across industries (ecommerce, financial services, healthcare, two-sided marketplaces). My career began with multiple roles managing Google paid search and a deep focus on performance marketing. A few years into my career (while at THE ICONIC), I pivoted twice to expand my skill set. First I created a role in conversion rate optimisation, then diversified further into product. I then utilised all these skills in subsequent roles over the next decade at three high-growth companies: BrickX, BoozeBud, and Montu.
