I have working knowledge in office administration, customer and social services. My past experiences vary widely from within the hospital and clinic, to insurance and office setting. I work effectively with stakeholders and customer to establish and maintain collaborative relationships. I have demonstrated abilities in Case Management, counseling, assessments, community outreach, care plan creation and process improvements. I have working knowledge of HIPPA laws and regulations to insure continuity of health and personal records. I am detail oriented, and possess the ability to think independently to investigate, solve, and present problems that may arise. I excel at multi-asking in complex and fast pace environments. I am extremely effective working in a leadership capacity, however; I perform equally as well independently or as a team member. I am able to maximize office productivity by maintaining multiple complex calendars and coordinating schedules for team members, peers, managers, physicians, and case managers. I am proficient in medical terminology and knowledge of the web based tools, Business Objects, SharePoint System and Microsoft office applications.
