About Tylor Spell

I have had a passion for health and sports performance since I can remember. It was while I was in the United States Marine Corps that I discovered it was truly a passion to help others improve their health and performance. I just finished working with the Utes Football Strength and Conditioning team where I shadowed and assisted the strength and conditioning coaches through our weight room workouts and field conditioning. My experience in the marine corp training marines in tactical skills and physical performance has tremendously helped me have a good presence with the players and my diverse clientele training has provided great experience working with people from all walks of life. Above all else, I appreciate authenticity and learning from my mentors and my students. Honestly, training athletes has been the most exciting experience of my life. The team comradery reminds me of my brothers in the marine corps and the atmosphere and intensity are something unlike anything else. It motivates me and pushes me every day. In my personal life, I am always trying to explore new places that this beautiful world has to offer with my girlfriend. We especially love pushing ourselves with new challenging hikes.
