My work experience includes ascension thru multiple business channels, markets and functionalities within industry leading firms. Each new role I have earned has resulted in greater levels of responsibility and challenge. I have a proven track record of effectively managing people up to their potential, overseeing segments of business producing over $1 billion in revenues, managing multi-faceted distributor/supplier relationships, launching new products and providing insightful consultation to C level/senior management. I prioritize opportunities to role model and coach aspiring leaders by sharing experiences attained thru 23 years in the beverage alcohol industry in both supplier and distributor leadership roles. My passion for making an impact on my community and a positive contribution to the world has led to several entrepreneurial endeavors including the launch of Pillar + Pride Detroit (2020), a health and wellness destination, Pillar + Pride Mobile (2023) and The UPS Store - Midtown Detroit (coming soon).
