About Tyrel Edwards

Ever since I was small I have loved finding ways to solve problems. I knew that making life easier and more enjoyable was what I wanted to do. As I got older I found out that engineering wasn’t all about calculators and thick rimmed glasses, it was about finding efficient ways to meet the needs of society (calculators and thick rimmed glasses are just a fringe benefit) With that in mind I pursued a degree at Utah State, where I will be graduating in 2015. In the future I hope to apply the skills I developed through schooling and on my own to improve people’s lives, whether that is designing more efficient means of transportation so people can spend more time with their loved ones, or safer buildings that can withstand Mother Nature. I currently live in Logan Utah with my beautiful wife, incredibly spoiled dog, and the cat that won’t leave the keyboard alone while I’m typing. I spend my free time with them camping, hunting, or playing games.
