Growing up, I was an introverted kid who shied away from speaking in front of people. I've told my daughters I was afraid to say "here" when teachers would call my name during roll call. As I got older, I realized I needed to develop my communication skills in order to be successful, so I decided to jump into insurance sales as a way to face my fear of speaking. Later on, I realized I found my calling in business which was to help people and businesses protect what's most important to them. I am passionate about creating innovative and effective employee benefit solutions for businesses that reduce their overall spend while improving quality of care and employee satisfaction.
