As an Office Administrator at Aon, one of the leading global providers of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services, I contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office by performing various administrative tasks, such as editing documents, adding clients to our Citrix 360 system, and doing daily renewals for clients' policies. I have received high average of performance evaluations for my accuracy, reliability, and professionalism. With a Matric degree from Roosevelt High School, where I studied Business Studies, Computer Application Technology, and Hospitality Studies, I have developed a strong foundation in office equipment, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook. I also have a passion for marketing and communication, which I demonstrate by keeping the store presentable and attractive for customers, conducting new contracts and upgrades for customers or business lines, and doing daily check-ups on staff and sales. I am a hard worker who can work very well under pressure, always open to learn new skills, and love working with people. I am always up to any challenges that stand in front of me and strive to achieve the best results possible.
