Tyrie Jamerson founded Near Future in September of 2002 and today, he is the CEO and sole owner of the corporation. He has been married to Tammy for 6+ years and is the Father of 3 year old Tyson and 2 year old Giselle. Tyrie is a native of Monroe, Louisiana and a 1994 Graduate of Southern University in Louisiana. After achieving a BS Degree in Computer Science, Tyrie held IT and Managerial positions with IBM, Price Waterhouse and Texas Instruments. Once his desire to “seek life beyond the status quo” emerged, the “Near Future” plan began to take form. While working at IBM, he attained an MBA in Operations from the University of Chicago in 2002. This serves as a daily aid in managing the growth and trajectory of Near Future.
