As a Brand Strategist, my favorite part of the work is making sense of the clutter. Taking brand architectures that are confusing or underdeveloped and bringing a sense of clarity. I get a huge kick out of finding that nugget of gold that defines the heart of every organization or city, and allowing that to shine. With a background in creative writing, I am able to develop strategies that set platforms for compelling narratives. I then expand on this narrative through messaging frameworks, marketing strategies and brand rollouts that bring growth to your organization. My approach begins with an in-depth discovery processes, using data insights to uncover core truths that fuel strategic direction. While working with Pasadena water & power and the city of Corona recently, I took my process to the streets! Community pop up events and community meetings took the data gathering process to another level, resulting in campaigns that exceeded our outlaid goals and KPI's. I thrive in environments where I can work with diverse clients, lead teams, and define processes that results in long-term success. Collaborating strategically with the Civic Private Money Lending team resulted in the company achieving billion dollar revenue status years earlier than anticipated. Building the strategy for lemon shark poke has led to 14 locations in 5 states!
