About Tyron Piteau

Hi, my name is Tyron Piteau. I am a fat loss specialist specializing in online fitness coaching for fat/weight loss and strength with a passion in functional medicine and nutrition. I own Tyron Piteau Fitness and have been doing so since January 2006. I am also a specialist for ICBC liaising with medical and health care professionals to manage my clients prescribed medical treatments and rehabilitation programs. All in an effort to support them in the care and recovery they need to rehabilitate from their injuries and safely return to their daily lives. I founded The Maker’s Body CrossFit and Boot Camp in 2008 and was the owner and head coach until 2018 when I sold it. My education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics (BHK) from the University of British Columbia (UBC). I also have the CHEK Exercise Coach and CHEK Practitioner Level 1 and 2 certifications from the CHEK Institute and the CrossFit Level 1 and 2 certifications from CrossFit. I am a friendly individual who enjoys working with people and making new acquaintances and connections.
