About Tyron Torres

I have been a learning, training, and performance professional for twelve years. I have facilitated over 600 classes for over 10K Learners. For many of these classes I also designed, evaluated and provided performance support for the duration. The learners I have worked with have included Senior Corporate Leaders, Franchise Owners, and Front-Line Leaders. I have had the opportunity to coach and provide performance and learning guidance to these leaders. I have learned a great deal from guiding other leaders from my learning career, but I have also been a leader of teams in my career. I have had the opportunity to lead high performing front line teams, helping them develop themselves and solve critical problems for customers and the business. This has provided me with the skills and tools to support leaders develop other leaders, and solve their own critical business issues. My Career experience encompasses areas such as Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Performance Consulting, Evaluation, sales, Curriculum Development, and Program Leadership. Developing people and helping others perform at their best is my passion, and I continue to build my career and skills to support this passion.
