At Muse Knoxville, I manage key areas such as donor services, grants, and member engagement while overseeing a $1.7M annual budget. My leadership has helped double our revenue in four years. I also work closely with the team to ensure that our values are reflected in everything we do, from building partnerships to raising awareness through marketing and community outreach. I collaborate with the Board to align on goals and strengthen fundraising efforts.
