In my job functions, I have been responsible for the following- As a logistics agent at Expeditors, I am arranging containerized ocean shipment from booking up to documentation. I help various customers coordinate with shipping lines, truckers, and customs brokers to get their shipments cleared and shipped out- As an order management specialist at Emerson, I enter, update, and validate orders from various buyers. I also resolve order management inquiries and support/function escalations from peers. I get excited about opportunities where I get to link and provide excellent service throughout the network of the supply chain industry.
