I enjoy problem solving, creating, scaling and optimising operations to provide a product that, not only meets the clients needs, but exceeds their expectations. I have enjoyed many leadership positions throughout my career spanning Regional Operations Mnaagement, Division management, Project management, NDT supervisor, and Trades supervisor. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully create, scale and optimise operations to exceed client expectations while maintaining budget and quality goals- I put the client first- I excel at meeting deadlines within given constraints- I am a data orientated descision maker, however i make descions quickly and confidently. I can align, lead and grow efficient teams, who love what they do, and strive for excellence- I always plan to win, but keep note of the bigger picture- I motivate peers, stay positive and encourage personal growth- I am responsible for my own descisions, and unapologetically open about failures and lessons learnt. I educate, refine and drive myself to improve and be a better person everyday- I am calm in the face of adversity- I focus on high quality descision making- I learn from every aquantiance, experience and lost opportunity- I never stop asking questions.
