About Tyson Boyer

I am a Property Manager currently specializing in single family homes as it pertains to the rental industry. I have experience in everything listed but not limited to leasing, marketing, screening, project management, home inspection, compliance, renovations, maintenance, insurance claim navigation. The majority of my day is spent corresponding with various stakeholders that don't always have aligning interests. Relationship building and the arts of written and verbal communication heavily impact the fluidity of my success. My college education focused on Business Finance and my careers since have all related to that field. I dabbled in Financial Advising but I did not believe in the products I was selling with my Series 6 and my knowledge of the markets was not on a level that I was comfortable discussing with clients. I have since become familiar with trading on multiple Brokerage Accounts, I am knowledgeable in equity markets, derivative markets*, economics, and statistics. The application and relevancy of statistics fascinate me and much of my free time is spent watching technical analysis and exploring and implementing various intermediate and advanced options strategies. I am also very interested in the Futures markets and the application of Options on Futures.
