About Tyson Brower

I’m on a mission to help others reach their goals through fitness and wellness. As a coach I enjoy watching individuals better themselves as I help them push through and find what it takes to get to their best fitness level. I always think back to those that supported me as I reached for my best and set high expectations for myself. I use that same drive and motivation in coaching where I now have the opportunity to guide others.I was born and raised in Austin, TX and I have always been involved in a sports and team environment. I have coached members using heart rated based training for the last four years. Having an extensive network in the fitness and wellness arena in Austin area, I plan to have a support system where people can work with me and see a dramatic change and achieve a healthier lifestyle. At Regymen Fitness, my team and I will be training members through a variety of platforms to disrupt the routine. I’m excited for the vibe and magic that we will create in our new studio right here in Austin. It will be a space with a family feel, where I can talk to everyone and support them in their fitness training. Contact me directly with any questions or come by for a tour of our studio space. I look forward to seeing you there!
