As a music industry leader with experience in both the major and independent label fields, I have developed the expertise to identify opportunities, as well as, create intelligent promotion strategies and business solutions that advance an artist’s career while achieving organizational goals. I lead by example with a strong work ethic, quiet confidence and integrity. As an intuitive leader, I support team members and empower them to do the same. I am known for saying “it is all about the process”. Be respectful, work hard and follow through. These attributes and values drive success. At each stage of my career, I have led the way by creating operational frameworks, fostering relationships and generating impactful campaigns. Additionally, a great source of pride has been my ability to build departments, develop teams from bottom up and elevate a company’s profile and success to new levels. And I love when the journey epitomizes this success story. Taking an artist from relative unknown status, crafting the plan, rallying the team and following through on the vision.
