Building long-term relationships through trust and actions are very important to me. Training – I am a trainer and a training resource/coach to coworkers and peers. I have conducted in-person and online training sessions from small groups to hundreds of participants. I have business training experience with a wide variety of health insurance topics. I have learned that the why part of the answer is as important as the answer itself in most cases. Remote Work with Travel – I have been working from home with situational travel since 2017.
