About Tyson Kunz

When I was in 4th grade, I went to school dressed up for career day as a construction worker. My dream has always been to build homes. I’ve had opportunities to work for large national builders, and work on my own as a remodeler. Throughout the years of working, building, and managing I have found that one of the things that I enjoy most in life is helping others. Whether that is in building homes or helping a team member improve. I recently asked my daughter what she liked most about me. Her response was one that made me proud. She said “I love that you are always willing to help others” As a project manager I am often afforded the ability to help others improve on both personal and professional goals. This opportunity to grow and develop others also leads to self-driven learning and improvement, which contribute to the training and development of others. My least favorite phrase people use is “It is what it is” as to me that screams of mediocrity and I feel there is always room for improvement through both process and end product.
