I’m an experienced (15+ years) project professional who has led large scale change management and communications projects in a global IT business. I love to plan, organise and collaborate with internal and external IT and business stakeholders and vendors. I have an eye for detail and delivering quality on time comes first. Challenging business driven change projects are “my thing”. As an outgoing people person I find myself easy to approach and I like working in a team. Meeting new people, listening and learning from them is something I enjoy. It’s important to me that everyone is involved and my own excitement gets people on-board. I do my best to spread good spirit and motivation within the teams. I can challenge you, in my own friendly and discreet way, but I’m always ready to compromise if better ideas or approaches are put on table.
