I am a Registered Nurse and MBA-trained healthcare leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning critical care, ambulatory coordination, clinical education, and quality improvement. My journey has taken me from the bedside of critically ill patients to leading change at the program and system level. Along the way, I have developed a deep belief that healthcare can—and must—continuously evolve to be safer, smarter, and more compassionate. What defines me is not just what I have done, but how I approach leadership: with empathy, curiosity, and an enduring commitment to growth. I am passionate about building environments where staff, students, and residents feel supported, challenged, and inspired. My strengths lie in translating complex challenges into system-level solutions, mentoring and empowering teams, and driving innovation through quality improvement, digital health, and change management.
