As a DC Vice Captain at Licious, I managed the entire inventory of products, including non-RM available in the distribution center, ensuring quality, freshness, and adherence to SOP. I also monitored the flow of products, collected sales cash from the delivery team, and utilized the resources to the optimum capacity for the smooth flow of operations. I analyzed the operations and team members' approach to find the gap in the SOP and make corrective measures. I established operational procedures for reducing the SLA breaches and prepared and followed up on the roaster for the week. Prior to Licious, I worked as a Warehouse Operations Officer at YCH Group for the project of Livspace.com, an online shopping destination for home design, decoration, and furnishing. I managed the overall warehouse operations and enhanced the operational efficiency by eliminating obsolescence and achieving cost reduction through vendor development, curbing rework and rejection, materials management, and inventory control. I established operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current and data for returned products. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Central University of Jammu, with a focus on Supply Chain Management. I am proficient in Excel, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and LOOKUP functions, and have a certification in Procurement Management from Udemy. I am a quick study, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative organization in the supply chain and logistics industry.
