I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of extensive experience in financial management, reporting, internal audit, risk assessment, and process improvement. My career has been defined by delivering data driven impactful results. Currently, I serve as Senior Manager Finance at Allied Group, a multi-billion-rupee conglomerate with operations spanning various industries. I am deputed at Allied Materials, a leading ready-mix concrete supplier, where I have been entrusted with restructuring financial strategies and implementing end-to-end process improvements. By implementing innovative controls, optimizing working capital, and enhancing operational efficiencies, I led the company to achieve a 400% profitability increase and 100% revenue growth, marking a pivotal transformation in its financial performance. Previously, I led the internal audit function of a publicly listed company and spent six years with the Risk Advisory department at Deloitte. There, I managed numerous internal and external audits, from planning to finalization, including the preparation, submission, and presentation of key deliverables to the Board Audit Committee (BAC).
