As the HC Assistant (Eye Foundation Hospital) I have been able to achieve, creation of file index, efficient Leave administration via SAGE 300 People software, implementing HC processes and also monitoring staff compliance inter alia. As an Administrative Support Intern(PwC), I was able to achieve consistent follow-up on awaiting revenues from clients through the engagement staff and also assisted in efficient management of other activities in the business unit. As an intern in human capital(PwC), I was able to maintain apt record of candidates who came in for assessments and interviews which facilitated efficiency in the recruitment process and HR activities, with my ability to communicate effectively and efficiently the staff saw me to be highly dependable and an organized team player. I am a fast learner who easily adapts to dynamics in business environments and ready to give my best to achieving organizational goals and objectives.
