About Uday Bajaj

Hi, I’m Uday I’ve always been drawn to the space between structure and story, where systems make space for creativity. In high school, I joined the student council not because I was the loudest in the room, but because I knew how to listen, organise, and bring people together when it mattered. Later, in law school, I gravitated toward theatre. It wasn’t just a creative outlet, it gave me a kind of balance. While I studied i contracts and case laws by day, I found energy and perspective in the chaos of scripts, late rehearsals, and building something with others on stage. That instinct to combine the analytical with the imaginative has shaped every step since. When I moved to Ireland for my Master’s, I didn’t expect to end up working at the very place I first called home. But that experience first as a resident, now as part of the team has shaped how I think about customer experience. Having experienced that journey myself, I understand what it feels like to be new, unsure, and looking for connection. That perspective now guides how I approach sales, service design, and communication always asking how we can make the next person’s experience just a little bit easier, warmer, or more meaningful. Along the way, I completed a Master’s in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Trinity College Dublin. That experience helped me sharpen how I think about systems, value, and how to bring good ideas to life. I’m now looking to move into a role that feels more aligned with what drives me: building experiences that matter. Whether within student living, creative strategy, or brand innovation, I’m especially drawn to environments that prioritise meaning over materialism and where the focus is on designing thoughtful experiences that connect, support, and inspire.
