About Uday Batra

Uday is currently pursuing his Masters in the field of Human Resource Development from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and is driven and passionate about HR. He completed his Bachelor in Commerce from City Premier College, Nagpur. To gain hands-on experience in HR, He has gained experience as an HR Executive Intern. His roles and responsibilities span strategic sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding. He ensured his employees were highly motivated and handled them well. Alongside his graduation, he was pursuing the course of Chartered Accountancy where he had reached intermediate. He has also interned as an article trainee in a CA Firm. Throughout his journey, he gained the confidence to tackle people, problems, and pressure and he learned the importance of teamwork and people management skills. He believes in “Ek hi Zindagi mili hai janab Aaj nai jiyoge to kb jiyoge” and tries to seize every single day. He also likes listening to music and is a keen learner of musical instruments. He also enjoys anchoring and was an active member of college clubs and was a part of various events, which helped him to improve his management skills. Uday aspires to develop professionally and become a reliable asset for the human resource sector.
