A yoga expert, who has the blessings of teachers from both T.Krishnamacharya and Iyengar tradition, which is very rare. My classes are known for demonstrating skill and enhancing the yoga experience. My classes have been liked and appreciated by students who were the first timer or not inclined taking up yoga especially in corporate world My classes are known for the importance of breath and alignment. Students mainly approach yoga to enhance their health and fitness level, and they include different age categories. My regular classes are conducted in Mahim, will be also opening my classes in other places. Apart from regular classes, I do conduct workshops in Nagpur, Dharamshala. Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai is one of the leading yoga institutes of the world. T.Krishnamacharya is also known as the father of modern yoga, one of the reason being, his approach was to give the tradition yoga according to the modern need. He was the teacher to world famous yoga gurus like B.K.S.Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, and Desikachar. Have conducted classes for corporates like Indigo nation, Accenture, L&T automation, Perikson, Evergren Shipping and Airworks.
