I have done 4 years diploma in Tool and Diemaking. After that I joined MOTHER-SON MOULD AND DIECASTING LTD as a TOOL ROOM ENGINEER in mould manufacturing.(Motherson Molds and Die Casting is a subsidiary of Motherson Group. The company manufactures plastic injection moulds, blow moulds and checking fixtures. MMDL manufactures plastic injection moulds, blow moulds and checking fixtures. The company has state-of-the-art tooling facility to meet the requirement of its customers. The annual capacity is of 100 moulds ranging from medium to large and the press capacity is up to as a tool room engineer i can do all injection mould manufacturing related work,like mould child parts beading, core and cavity main beading, mould trial,parts correction, dimension correction, all conventional machining work. I work here for 4 years. Then I joined GLEN INDUSTRIES PVT LTD as a SR. ENGINEER MOULD MAINTENANCE. Mould (maintenance, Breakdown handling, Preventative maintenance planing, Spare parts stock maintain, laser welding,Edm and all conventional machining)
