Our Trulab Real time quantitative micro-PCR system brings PCR technology right to the Point of care, at all laboratory and non-laboratory settings, primary canters, in the field, near patient, essentially at all levels of healthcare thereby decentralizing and democratizing access to molecular diagnostics. ǁ PROFILE SUMMARY • Responsible for site operations including Manufacturing, Administration and Facility maintenance • Ensure continuous quality improvement and system development. • Carry out Production planning, Materials Management and Productivity improvement. • Provide leadership for the successful operation of the manufacturing plant including: production, quality control, maintenance, Logistics etc. • Responsible for Regulatory and Internal audits. • Ensure Business goals are achieved. • Responsible for ensuring compliance to the norms of ISO 13485:2016 • Establish Strong leadership, team building and advance coaching. • Work to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills. Co-ordinate and communicate effectively across all levels and departments. • Ensure timely compliances related to Plant & People Safety and environment, regulatory. • Develop Vendors, conduct Vendor Audits.
