At the helm of Al Shirawi Equipment Company's Planning, Projects PMO, and Lean Center of Excellence, my mission is to drive change management, operational efficiency and cost savings through Lean methodologies. With a rich background in Business Development, Supply Chain management, Project management, Quality management, Operations & Lean management, my role involves spearheading KAIZEN, value stream mapping and waste elimination to enhance our service delivery in the oil and gas industry. My passion remains mentoring future leaders & fostering leadership development by promoting the culture of learning across the organization, Building a distinctive Knowledge & Information Sharing philosophy. My competencies, substantiated by a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, are deeply embedded in every project I lead. Our team's commitment to excellence has been instrumental in developing specialized manufacturing projects, such as Automated Well test Packages, Heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, various metering skids & other Custom manufactured fabrications. The goal is always to surpass customer expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic supply chain management.
