While I'm proud of delivering over £3.5 million in annual savings, the real story behind that number is creating stability and empowering our staff to focus on what matters most.Nothing has been more rewarding than seeing this guest-first approach come to life. This passion was forged during my time at OYO, where I had the incredible opportunity to pioneer the company's expansion into Indonesia, growing our presence from just 28 to over rooms in a single year.Later, I managed a portfolio of over 4,600 rooms across the UK and Spain. I learned that operational excellence—like cutting per-night costs from $3.20 to $1.40 —is the quiet engine that drives heartfelt service and earns a partner Net Promoter Score of over 90%[My journey is grounded in a solid education, with an MBA from Delhi College of Engineering (DTU)and a Bachelor's in Hotel Management.
