With over 9 years of experience in investment banking, I am a dynamic and results-driven professional, currently serving as Vice President at Asia Securities. My expertise spans deal execution, client relationship management, and strategic advisory across various transactions, including IPOs, M&A, and equity fund-raising. I have had the privilege of successfully leading teams to close deals totaling over US$ 200 million in both M&A and IPOs.My experience includes managing high-profile transactions across diverse industries such as manufacturing, consumer, technology, healthcare, renewable energy, financial services, and tourism. I have also been instrumental in executing multiple cross-border deals, including Sri Lanka's first noteworthy private equity deal post-economic crisis with a DFI, a strategic investment in Australia by a local family business, the sale of a leading Sri Lankan family group’s IT arm to a global telecommunications company, and the largest insurance sector transaction in the country.My academic background includes a B.Sc. in Economics and Management and a Diploma of Economics, both from the University of London.
