With an educational background of Master in Communication and Journalism from Gauhati University with more than 10 years of experiences in rural development, skill development, and project management. He is a dedicated professional committed to fostering sustainable development and enhancing employability among underprivileged youth in India. his journey in the development sector is marked by a blend of strategic leadership, meticulous project execution, and a passion for transformative change. His professional pathway includes significant roles at esteemed organizations such as Alfresco Solutions LLP, and Wazir Advisors Pvt. Ltd, ICA Edu skills Pvt. Ltd, IINREM, where he championed the cause of rural empowerment through the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY). His work has involved extensive project management, from setting up training centres and ensuring compliance to developing and implementing capacity-building programs that have positively impacted thousands of lives in Assam and Meghalaya. At Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, he is currently engaging in the project of Setting up of New Tool Room and Technology Centre at 14 nos. of states in India under mode, preparing DPR’s and assisting for preparing RFP’s, SFC’s. His tenure with Alfresco Solutions LLP as an Assistant Manager allowed me to lead initiatives that enrolled over rural youths in vocational training programs, significantly improving their livelihoods and successfully managed the project lifecycle, fostered stakeholder relationships, and led teams to achieve and surpass project goals efficiently. He has also contributed to national level initiatives like the "Khelo India University Games - Ashtalakshmi 2023," where he coordinated with multiple stakeholders to ensure the event's success, showcasing my ability to manage large-scale projects and events with precision and professionalism. Through these experiences, He has honed his skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and team leadership. His commitment to development work is driven by a vision to create opportunities and build capacities that enable the rural and marginalized sections of society to lead dignified and economically independent lives. He is eager to continue this journey, leveraging his skills and experiences to contribute to impactful projects that aim for broad-based, inclusive growth and development. His goal is to be at the forefront of initiatives that challenge the status quo and create lasting change in the communities we serve.
