I am currently the manager at Axis Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India, where I lead a team of 15 staff members and oversee the daily operations of the branch. I am committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulations, and achieving the branch's business goals.In my current role, I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the branch's performance, such as streamlining the processes, enhancing the CRM system, conducting regular audits, resolving customer complaints, and acquiring new business. I have also leveraged my skills in Oracle Database to manage and analyze the branch's data and generate reports.
